We offer free shipping.

Once you have submitted the order and the status of your payment is completed, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
All orders are shipped by one of our shipping agents. The total delivery time for your order will be six to eight business days. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. www.echristianlouboutincom.com cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Once your order sent out, the tracking number would be sent to you by email. You also can login our website then visit your account. You can find the tracking number there.

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnished incorrect information in the order form.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us with e-mail firstly to obtain a return address and instructions for returning. Shipping charges are not refundable.

www.echristianlouboutincom.com is happy to offer a one-time exchange only policy on the return of any goods within 30 days of the delivery but additional shipping fees will be applied. Non-defective products that are returned and not exchanged will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Note: each product on your order can be returned for a refund or exchange within the 30 days. It means that if you order 3 items and want to return all of them, you must exchange for the same amount of items or be charged re-stocking fees on the items that are not being exchanged. About the returning of defective products: The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at service@echristianlouboutincom.com The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a tractable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office.
