Delivery and customs
We can send our goods to almost the international locations which Parcel Force can reach. Please ensure that you provide us with the proper and correct shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website.
All orders are shipped by our professional shipping team. The total delivery time for your order will be five to seven business days. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. www.echristianlouboutincom.com cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address and phone number, including apartment number if possible, for delivery. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due to customers negligence.
To ensure the parcels arrive safely and direct into your possession, will send you the tracking NO. of the parcels. So please pay attention to tracking your parcel status online.

Contract for sale or services

 In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
Cancellations and exchanges
If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Making Returns' in those instances.  Please follow these instructions for exchanges as well. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the product you would like instead.
If we are providing repair, embossing or engraving services we cannot cancel your order if we have already started the work.
